Dr Catriona Gallagher, MB BCh BAO, MRCPI, MD
Dr Catriona Gallagher is a Consultant Dermatologist with subspecialty training in paediatric dermatology, providing expert care for both children and adults. Her clinical interests include paediatric dermatology, acne across all ages, eczema and inflammatory skin conditions, rosacea, pigmented lesions, and the early detection of skin cancer.
She graduated from Trinity College Dublin and completed Higher Specialist Training in Dermatology through the Irish dermatology training programme. She was awarded the prestigious Richard Steevens Fellowship, undertaking advanced subspecialty training in paediatric dermatology at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, an internationally recognised centre of excellence.
With a focus on evidence-based care and personalised treatment plans, our clinic provides specialist dermatology services for patients referred by their GP. Every consultation is centred on understanding your skin concerns and delivering expert care in a supportive and professional environment.
Clinical Experience & Research
Dr Gallagher holds a Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from Trinity College Dublin and has published in several peer-reviewed dermatology journals. She previously worked as a Consultant Dermatologist at Children’s Health Ireland, Crumlin and Temple Street, managing complex tertiary referrals, and currently provides consultant dermatology services with AllView Healthcare.
Her private practice was established to offer consultant-led dermatology care in a discreet and professional setting, with a focus on thoughtful, evidence-based management.
